Slice each tomato into 5 slices. Place tomato slice onto cracker followed by sprouts. Cut cheese into triangles or squares and place on cheese. Top with cracked pepper.

5 medium sized tomatoes
1 punnet of alfalfa sprouts, bean sprouts or any sprout vegetable
Cracked pepper
1 pack of Punjas Crackers
