Dice sun-dried tomatoes and thinly slice feta cheese into pieces slightly smaller than the cracker. Place cheese on cracker, top it with a teaspoon of sun-dried tomatoes and garnish with basil and cracked pepper.

1 pack of Punjas Crackers
