Punjas Old Fashioned Cheese & Tomato Crackers 

Recipe Method & Tips 

Slice each tomato into 5 slices. Place tomato slice onto cracker followed by sprouts. Cut cheese into triangles or squares and place on cheese. Top with cracked pepper.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Chesdale cheese
  • 5 medium sized tomatoes
  • 1 punnet of alfalfa sprouts, bean sprouts or any sprout vegetable
  • Cracked pepper
  • 1 pack of Punjas Crackers
