Punjas Cottage Cheese & Basil Crackers

Recipe Method & TipsĀ 

Slice the tomatoes to get around 5 slices from each. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and add salt and pepper to taste. Place a slice of tomato on cracker. Add a teaspoon of cottage cheese on tomato. Garnish with one or two basil leaves and cracked pepper.

  • 200g Cottage Cheese
  • 50 small Thai Basil Leaves
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 5 medium sized Tomatoes
  • 1 pack of Punjas Crackers
