Punjas Beetroot & Carrot Crackers 

Recipe Method & Tips 

Peel and slice carrot thinly (cutting into squares is optional). Cut each beetroot slice into a square to fit the cracker. Place Basil leaf onto cracker. Place beetroot on top of the Basil leaf and top the beetroot with carrot. Place a dollop of mayonnaise onto the the carrot and sprinkle with chili flakes.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams sun-dried tomatoes
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • Thai Basil (a bigger leafed basil will do if chopped)
  • 1 pack of Punjas Crackers
