Punjas Asparagus Delight Crackers 

Recipe Method & Tips 

Cut asparagus into biscuit sized lengths. Chop and dice carrot, spring onion and beetroot into small pieces. Place asparagus on the cracker followed by a sprinkling of the finely chopped vege mix. Finish with cracked pepper and place a thin slice of chili on each one before serving. Garnish platter with bean sprout sprig.
